MISS AMERICA International Pageant ( SOA )
- A International Pageant System aimed to create role models and community leaders.
Open to women ages 18-28 , Never been married, never had any children, no tatoos , must be atleast 5'5" height
Appointed Titles available for all Countries in South and North America except for USA and Mexico.
MISS MEXICO National Pageant (SOA - MX)
-Open to women ages 18-28 , Never been married, never had any children, no tatoos , must be atleast 5'5" height
Appointed Titles available for all states in MEXICO.
MISS USA National Pageant (SOA - USA)
-Open to women ages 18-28 , Never been married, never had any children, no tatoos , must be atleast 5'5" height
Appointed Titles available for all states in the US with the exception of TEXAS.
MISS TEXAS State Pageant (SOA -TX)

MISS EL PASO Local Pageant (SOA-EP/TX)
Open to women ages 18-28 , Never been married, never had any children, no tatoos , must be atleast 5'5" height
Appointed Titles available for all local titles in EL Paso County.
Divisions:
MISS open to women 18-24 , no tatoos, never been married, never had children, must be atleast 5'5 in height
MS open to women ages 24 -45 , any marital status, non visible tatoos, with or without children, no height requirement.
MRS open to women ages 24-45 , must be married status, non visible tatoos, with or without children, no height requirement.
TEEN open girls ages 13-17 , never been married , no tatoos, never had children, never been married, no height requirement.
LITTLE MISS open girls ages 8-12
PRINCESS open girls ages 5-7

Who we are :
- Stars of America International was founded in 2018 with the focus on the genuine and authentic girl next door. MISS SOA recognizes femineity and takes pride in the female experience. Our delegates become role models in their community as they gain confidence and empower each other.
- Ragazza Bazaar Modeling Agency proudly produces the MISS SOA National Pageant and the MISS TEXAS SOA state pageant which crowns the official state delegates which will compete for the national crown. We take pride in presenting a fair and positive pageant that the girls can enjoy. We are excited to continue the legacy as we established the state pageant in 2023 with the US American Miss Scholarship Organization and we have won 2 national titles.
REQUIRED INFORMATION-
- Paperwork, Photos, and optional competitions
- Documents
Every delegate will need to bring a copy of their birth certificate and an ID for ages over 16.
Judges Packet : Platform Page, Bio Page, and Headshot or Comp Card
Optional Competitions: Role Model and Cover Model photos must be turned with the
Judges packets in an 8x10 size
- Headshots and Bio must be submitted to the state director by July 31 for the Peoples choice competition.
- Peoples Choice Award will be given to the delegate that receives the most likes , shares, and comments during the social media campaign. The original post must be shared via the MISS TEXAS US AMERICA SOA Instagram and Facebook Pages.
-OPTIONAL COMPETIONS : Stage
* The fitness optional will be performed on stage as a runway walk . Delegates will wear a tank top and leggings with white athletic shoes.
* The Fashion Model Optional will be performed on stage as a runway walk in the outfit of choice.
The Talent Optional will be presented on stage. Performances must be 90 seconds. Music and Props must be turned in at registration.

Entry Fee
$950 includes - 2 hotel nights with breakfast, Sisterhood Brunch Party, DAY trip to 6 Flags over Texas, GALA Entry , Riverwalk Experience, and Official National Miss US America SOA Tee and Leggings -- entry to 3 required competitions.
Guest Tickets : $250 for Day 1
Day 2 Activities includes ticket to 6 Flags
WINNING CIRCLE :
Last Day of Pageant weekend all winners will be required to stay for their group photoshoots.
PAGEANT ARRIVAL :
Thursday or Friday of the week of pageant depending on level of competition.
HOST HOTEL :
Check info for specific pageant , details depend on division and level of competition.
TRANSPORTATION :
All delegates and guests are responsible for their own transportataon.
